Logicor's Green Plug Wall Socket complements the Green Plug energy saver range and is designed to save electricity in new build homes or as retro-fit to existing buildings. Each Wall Socket will fit into the same space as standard deep back socket boxes and looks just like a standard wall socket.

Energy saving
Where Wall Socket differs is its adjustable air-driven timer function that switches off the power supply completely and automatically after a user-set duration. Because the timer device is air-driven you can be sure that the Wall Socket and any connected appliances consume zero electricity when switched off. Standby energy drain is now a thing of the past and your carbon emissions are reduced!
Push and go
Each of the two plug points in the Wall Socket can be independently set by
the user to any duration of between 15 minutes and 24 hours. The timer function
can also be disabled when necessary to act just like a normal wall socket, switching
on and off as and when required.
When the timer duration option is selected, just plug in an appliance and press
the button. A useful light display signals when the electric supply is connected
and the air-driven timer device starts counting down to switch off the power completely
and automatically after the required duration.
Wall Socket Compatibility
Whilst the Wall Socket will work with almost all appliances, please note that there are some appliances that are not designed to be shut off in an abrupt manner or not at all.
These include projectors, PC towers, bedside clocks, fridges, freezers etc. Please read the instructions supplied by the manufacturer when deciding to use a Wall Socket with that appliance. The timer function
can also be disabled when necessary to act just like a normal wall socket, switching
on and off as and when required.
