The pandemic taught us that we needed to expand our horizons past energy efficiency solutions and focus on how we can help people become self-sufficient and sustain their own energy needs while still overcoming the challenge of heating and hot water - on average 80% of a home's standard energy usage!
We are pleased to announce that Logicor has been awarded the National Framework Agreement for Smart Heating Systems. The framework was awarded to us by The Countess of Chester NHS Foundation Trust Commercial Procurement Services and we are the sole supplier under this framework.
The framework offers a fully compliant route for all NHS departments and public sector bodies (social housing landlords, local authorities and government departments) free access to the service. This will now save them the time and money developing, tendering and evaluating bids for the systems. This framework is designed to offer our highly efficient Clear Heater System to all members. The benefits of this framework include:
The system is easy to install with minimal distribution and is scalable across multiple buildings and sites. If you would like more information about the fully OJEU compliant framework, please visit the Countess of Chester website at https://www.coch-cps.co.uk/our-services/our-frameworks/ (contract F056). If you have any further questions about our Clear Heater System, don’t hesitate to get in touch with us. You can visit our website http://www.clear-heater.co.uk/ or email us at [email protected], please also don’t forget to like our Facebook page and follow us on Twitter for all the latest news and updates. Logicor are working on a new product to compliment our existing portfolio of energy saving products.
The new Logicor Energy Meter or LEM for short will begin live trails from the end of July through to September and is due for release before December 2016. The purpose of the LEM is to read and report back accurately the total energy usage for a single property right down to a resolution of a single Watt second. This will help to build an energy use picture to guide customers in ways to save money and energy. The LEM has a high degree of learning capability built into it and will allow each connected LEM talk to other LEM’s on it's own network and identify individual devices in a home. For example it will be able to identify that the iron is still switched on or that the tumble drier is on. The resolution is so small that it will be able to identify a phone charger or a TV in standby. We think it’s a worthy addition to our portfolio of products and dove tails in perfectly with the company’s push in the direction of energy saving solution, in particular the CHS and ILHWS. |
