 Engineering the Future, the action forum for engineering in the UK has published a report that outlines the current state of the UK manufacturing sector from the perspective of the businesses involved. The result of a partnership between the Royal Academy of Engineering, the Institution of Engineering and Technology and the Institution of Mechanical Engineers, the report highlights the reality of manufacturing from the perspective of the businesses themselves, aims to dispel some of the myths around UK manufacturing and reveals the diversity of this vital industry sector.
