Measuring Up

The first customers from the distribution network who have ordered the new Clear Heater Central Heating System installed throughout their homes, were surveyed this month.


These customers will have their existing heating systems removed and the new Clear Heater Systems fitted.

The survey makes sure that the customers are able to tailor their systems to exactly their specific needs. They are able to call a heater a specific name, for example, "Peters Bedroom" or "Kitchen" and set the required temperature in these rooms right down to 1/10th of a degree.

It's part of the upfront customer service that Logicor puts at the heart of its new system.
